Sean M. McGarry

Sean is the founding attorney of McGarry Law Group PLLC and a lifelong advocate for injury victims throughout Arizona. Coming from a multi-generation legal family, Sean was immersed in the practice of law from an early age—his father operated a successful personal injury firm in Illinois for more than 40 years, and his great-grandfather served as a judge in Chicago. These roots instilled in him a deep respect for the responsibility attorneys carry when individuals and families are facing their most difficult moments.

Sean concentrates his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death matters, where he finds purpose in helping clients rebuild their lives after injury and loss. He is known for providing exceptional personal representation—clients work directly with Sean rather than navigating large firm structures or case managers—ensuring clear communication and hands-on advocacy from intake through resolution.

Fluent in Spanish, Sean proudly serves Arizona’s Spanish-speaking and immigrant communities, allowing clients to communicate in their native language and feel understood throughout the legal process. He takes particular pride in representing those who are often underserved or taken advantage of, ensuring their rights are fully protected.

Outside the office, Sean is a dedicated family man, married with two children.
